Raphael Ng’etich is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a PhD candidate at the European Research Council funded project Property [In] Justice at Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin where he looks at land governance in Kenya.
He served as a member of the Secretariat and a technical resource person in the Tribunal Appointed to Inquire into the Conduct of the Hon. Mr. Justice Said Juma Chitembwe, Judge of the High Court of Kenya, and a technical resource person in the Presidential Taskforce on the Review of Power Purchase Agreements.
Raphael has taught at Paris Nanterre University and Daystar University in Nairobi. He obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana (US), and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Strathmore University in Nairobi.
