Abiero is an Associate in the dispute resolution and commercial transaction.
With over 5 years of experience in the legal profession, his expertise largely focuses on –
- Banking and Commercial Litigation;
- Constitutional and administrative law;
- Employment & labour disputes and;
- Land and Property
Abiero has a keen interest in Human Rights and Commercial transactions having successfully litigated in various constitutional matters and drafted complex commercial instruments for
corporate clients. Abiero has an analogous interest in asset tracing and recovery. He has advised local and international clients from various sectors such as the financial services sector and the public sector.
Abiero has a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from Moi University and a post-graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Abiero is currently the Assistant secretary of The Young Bar Association that primarily fight for the rights and welfare of the young Bar in Kenya.
Abiero is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya Young Lawyers Committee.
